Why do you wash your clothes and your kids clothes with soap?

i dont see why. just warm or hot water will get it cleanWhy do you wash your clothes and your kids clothes with soap?
Soap is a disinfectant that kills bad bacteria which can cause illness and even death.

The use of the laundry soap is needed to cut through the body oils left on the clothes when we sweat or wipe food on them. Ordinary water will not dissolve the oils and greases but only spread it to the rest of the other clothes.

Remember one thing as well.

The body has ';good'; bacteria on it that attacks ';bad'; bugs and critters that get on your skin. Therefore, wash or shower but don't get too aggressive on ';getting clean'; and you will be healthier than when you scrub the bacteria away. Why do you wash your clothes and your kids clothes with soap?
um hello then you wont be clen germs still live on hot water doesn't kill all things. Why do you ask such stupid questions I hope you don't have kids I would be scared
Soap takes out germs and dirt inside the fabric that you can't see. It also keeps your clothes from stinking eventually.
Soap is the only thing that breaks down oil, which is what makes dirt stick to it and make it smell foul. where are you from?
I use soap to get the clothes clean and germ free.

Just using water will not remove dirt.
It has to do with chemistry and polarity.

Water is polar and soap is nonpolar.

Soap forms bubbles and attracts the dirt inside the bubbles.

Because ';oil and water don't mix'; water will not wash away the dirt and so soap is needed.
The soap cleans them better and makes the odors and stains come out
I suppose you just wash your body with water as well. How clean does that make you?
Really???
