How do you wash new clothes to make them stay new or at least look new (Not faded) Everytime I wash them they fade really fast, and what is the correct way to wash clothes generally?

To help set in the color of new clothes, presoak them with enough cold water to cover the clothes, 1 cup white vinegar and 2 teaspoons salt. When washing clothes that you don't want to fade, turn them inside out and wash w/ cold water. How do you wash new clothes?
Every piece of clothing that you buy has a tag sewn on the inside , it either tells you if you need to dry clean it , or wash in cold/warm water by hand or machine .

It all depends what you need to wash and what it is!
if your clothes are NOT that dirty, wash on a delicate wash, you are putting them through too long a wash and too hot a wash, when theres no need, a delicate wash is ample.
Turn clothes inside out.

Gentle or shorter wash cycles.

Cool to cold wash %26amp; rinse temperature.

Don't overdry.

Dry on medium heat.

For crisper material (less limp), add sizing to wash.
always wash them in cold water, and try using cheer color guard or woolite
